We are delighted that you would like to try out the most effective workout at BodyMethod. The following points will help you book your first class:
1. Purchase and book your first class
To book your first class at BodyMethod, create an account and purchase the new client offer - this is our trial class. Download our BodyMethod app from the Appstore. There you will see our current class schedule and the availabilities. Alternatively, you can also create your account in the following link and make the booking there. You can pay by credit card. If you don't have one, send us an email and we will send you an invoice for a bank transfer.
2. Prepare for your first lesson
Strengthen your body in advance by making sure you drink enough water and have a nutritious snack, e.g. a banana or energy bar.
Other than activewear, a small towel and - if you already have them - grip socks (otherwise you can buy them directly at the studio), all you need is your motivation.
3. Be there 10 minutes before the class starts
We kindly ask you to arrive 10 minutes before class so we can give you an introduction into our machine. Please note that you cannot join the class after it has started - so you must arrive on time. There are numerous parking options in the street and a paid parking garage directly in the building (access at Lehmweg 17).
4. In the studio
Changing rooms, showers and lockers are of course available. The trainer will know that it is your first class and will speak to you and introduce you to the Megaformer accordingly. Let your trainer know if you have any injuries or questions.
5. During class
It is quite normal that you will not understand all the terms during your first lesson. Listen carefully to the trainer and follow the example of experienced classmates. While others are already moving quickly from exercise to exercise, your goal is to pay attention to form. Nevertheless, try to take as few breaks as possible.
