At BodyMethod we teach a full-body slow-resistance workout on the Megaformer™.
In small groups of a maximum of 18 participants, BodyMethod offers personal training on the Megaformer™. The ultimate 50-minute full-body workout combines cardio and strengh training with the basic principles of Pilates. BodyMethod training therefore combines endurance, strength and stretching. Each of the individual exercises trains the core area and additional muscle groups. Thanks to the minimal transaction time from one exercise to the next, the workout time is used particularly effective and results can be seen quickly.
The trainers are all trained and certified by the founders Kaya & Linda at the BodyMethod Academy.

BodyBasic
In this class the same routine is taught for 1 month. BodyBasic is suitable for all levels and offers a perfect full-body workout.
BodyPlus
In this class the exercises vary more frequently. BodyPlus is therefore particularly challenging and is suitable for participants who prefer a very intensive and varied full-body workout.
